林肯大学与塞尔盖特医疗保健学院签署谅解备忘录
Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SELGATE Healthcare Sdn Bhd (SELGATE). The MoU is aimed to cater to the demand of skilled and professional manpower in the areas of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing etc. This is also a part of the major initiative to provide end to end supply chain from quality education to work opportunities in the healthcare industry.
林肯大学学院（LUC），马来西亚已经签署了一份谅解备忘录（莫乌）与塞尔盖特医疗保健SDN BHD（塞尔盖特）。谅解备忘录旨在满足医学、牙科、药房、护理等领域的熟练和专业人力需求。这也是提供从优质教育到医疗行业工作机会的端到端供应链的主要举措的一部分。
Datuk Dr. Hajah Bibi Florina binti Abdullah, Pro Chancellor, Lincoln University College, Datuk (AMB) Mohd Yusof bin A. Bakar, Chief Executive Officer, Lincoln University College, Mr. Noor Hisham bin Mohd Ghouth, Executive Director, SELGATE Healthcare Sdn Bhd, and Dr. Nurul Mu’az Omar, Managing Director and CEO, SELGATE Healthcare Sdn Bhd were present at the MoU signing ceremony.

The synergistic collaboration will be primarily in the areas of Human Capital Development, and Industrial Partnership, namely:

Human Capital Development: In this domain, LUC will provide support to SELGATE’s manpower needs in terms of training and manpower preparation as well as human capital training programs for graduates seeking employment in the various sectors of healthcare.
人力资本开发：在这一领域，LUC将在培训和人力准备方面为SELGATE的人力需求提供支持，并为在医疗保健各个领域寻求就业的毕业生提供人力资本培训计划。
Industrial Partnership: SELGATE will provide internships and employment opportunities for LUC undergraduates within SELGATE Corporation Sdn Bhd’s group of companies for healthcare programmes, mainly nursing.
产业合作：塞尔盖特将在塞尔盖特公司（SELGATE Corporation Sdn Bhd）旗下的医疗保健项目（主要是护理）公司集团内为LUC本科生提供实习和就业机会。
马来西亚林肯大学学院是具有大专、本科、硕士、博士完整教育体系的马来西亚全日制高等院校，被马来西亚教育部评为“五星级大学”。其课程已获得马来西亚高等教育部及马来西亚学术鉴定MQA认可。
马来西亚林肯大学的创立人及行政人员均为学术院士，分别来自教育、研究及专业培训领域，并拥有50年高等教学、专上教学及语言教学经验。他们致力发掘学员的学习潜能，帮助学员于学术研究及就业范畴上充分发展。
大学所设课程已获得马来西亚高等教育部及马来西亚学术鉴定局双重认证。
